What brought you to SPENGA? What's your favorite part?
 
I came to SPENGA because I had gained some extra weight. I had done spin in the past and loved it and wanted to try it again. The strength and yoga were totally new to me. I have to say I love spin, but the strength workouts are my favorite. 
 
What has your fitness journey looked like?
I have been a member at SPENGA since the doors opened and I go consistently 4-5 days a week. I have seen so many great changes in my body! It does work! I have become confident again. 
 
What keeps you motivated? What are your goals?
The thing that keeps me motivated the most is seeing my body keep changing and becoming more toned and muscular. Each and every staff member at SPENGA is great. You are greeted by name every time you enter the door. Everyone is just the best there. The instructors are very helpful and motivating as well. I just love them all. 
 
What words of encouragement would you give to someone just starting out? 
If you are just just starting out on your journey at SPENGA, do not give up. You won't see results immediately, but you will see them if you stay with it. There are days I have to force myself to go do my work out, but I'm always glad I went and it ends up being the best hour of my day!
