Hi Friend! I’m Alyssa and I’m so happy to be a part of your fitness journey! I’m a New England native, South Carolina transplant, who loves all things outdoors & is always looking for a restaurant recommendation! My wife and I have 7 fur babies (I know, chaos!) who we love and spoil. Movement has always been a huge part of my life - stemming from my 15 year long soccer career and has now blossomed into a way to take care of myself and YOU - body, mind and soul!   • This 40 minute session is half circuit-style STRENGTH training and half revitalizing YOGA flow.

  • REP
  • 45-minute circuit-style STRENGTH only session. A great supplement to our signature SPENGA session.

  • SPENGA
  • SPENGA's signature 1-hour session that combines 20 minutes of heart-pumping Spinning, 20 minutes of circuit-style strength training, and 20 minutes of revitalizing yoga, to deliver the Best. Workout. Ever!

  • RIDE/REP
  • This 45 minute session is half heart-pumping SPIN and half circuit-style STRENGTH training.
