Staff List

Hunter Bowers
Hi y’all! My name is Hunter. I was born and raised here in Greenville, SC. I went to Riverside High School and then Clemson University. I am currently getting my Master's in Clinical Mental Health with an emphasis in Performance Psychology.

I have been a member of SPENGA GVL since it opened back in March 2022. I briefly worked at the front desk, before going back to school and I am so excited to be back on the team as an instructor! I have always loved fitness. I danced competitively and swam for Sugar Creek growing up, where I also held roles as a student instructor for my studio and coached for SCR for about 6 years.

A little about me, I am the biggest Clemson fan you will meet, I love live music, and spending time with my family and friends is my favorite thing to do. I am the oldest of three, and my siblings are my best friends.

Fun fact: My uncle was the lead singer in the band Cravin' Melon, so my first concert was a Hootie and the Blowfish concert when I was just a couple of days old.

Cassidy Coleman
Hey team, l'm Cassie!I joined spenga Greenville as a member in the spring of 2023 and am forever grateful for the role it's taken on in my life! The structure really resonated with me and made me start to truly love working out! So for the first time in my fitness journey, I found myself developing consistency and prioritizing healthy habits, both inside and outside of the studio. I love how it feels to get that new Sweet Spot alert, rep it out with heavier weights, or even just keep showing up for myself on the days I don't feel like it. I'm SO excited to be part of this amazing community in a new way!Fun facts: I have over 30 house plants, a 3 year streak on Duolingo, at least 5 crochet projects in progress at any given time, and 2 sweet + spunky cats!
Kylie Rehberger
Hey y’all! I’m Kylie and I’m so excited to be joining the SPENGA GVL Crew!! I originally started at SPENGA Ocotillo in PHX taking sessions trying to regain strength after tearing my ACL! I fell in love and worked the front desk and taught sessions there! My family relocated to the GVL area in October and here I am! I am a college golfer at Arkansas Tech and fitness has always played a huge role in my life. I am a firm believer that working out is the best thing not only physically but mentally! I can’t wait to meet and get to know you all!
Logan S
Whats up yall?! Logan here! Some of you guys already know me as the overly-excited-to-be-awake-at-5am-front desk worker, but if you don’t? Nice to meet ya!

I’m originally from Savannah, Ga! I left my corporate job in Savannah and moved up to Greenville to follow a more passionate lifestyle which revolved around nature, fitness, and community. I found SPENGA and immediately fell in love with the exercise format and the community it brought. I have been practicing in group fitness and yoga for almost 10 years now, and have always dreamed of becoming a group fitness instructor. I am passionate about bringing your own genuine magic to the function and being yourself 100% of the time, even if that means screaming WOO in a 5 am class during a sweet spot push!

If I’m not at the studio you can find me outside with my son (a 10 year old pit bull), seeing live music or traveling around exploring new pockets of the earth I’ve never been before!

Show up and show out authentically with me! Can’t wait to meet ya!

Marianna Barrett
Hey there! I’m Marianna Barrett
I am so excited to be stepping into this roll as a fitness instructor at SPENGA. I am originally from Columbia, SC but moved to Greenville in 2020.

I grew up playing sports, workout out and running. In 2024, I became certified personal trainer to further my understanding of fitness and begin helping people move their bodies in ways that feel good, build strength, and support both physical and mental well-being. To me, fitness isn’t just about reps or routines — it’s about creating space in your day to reconnect with yourself, push your limits, and build a stronger, more grounded life.

When I’m not coaching sessions, you can find me hiking, soaking up fresh air, or training for a race or triathlon.

Kelsey McCloskey
Hi Guys! I’m Kelsey and I’m so excited to be joining the SPENGA Greenville crew as an instructor! I work full-time as a social media manager for a fitness app, so health and movement are a huge part of my world—and I truly believe that movement is medicine.
When I’m not at the studio, you can probably find me at a local coffee shop (iced matchas are my go-to), walking the Swamp Rabbit Trail, or out and about in Greenville at events—or even hosting a themed party of my own. I love staying busy, connecting with people, and soaking up everything this city has to offer!
Alyssa Bourgeois
Hi Friend! I’m Alyssa and I’m so happy to be a part of your fitness journey! I’m a New England native, South Carolina transplant, who loves all things outdoors & is always looking for a restaurant recommendation! My wife and I have 7 fur babies (I know, chaos!) who we love and spoil. Movement has always been a huge part of my life - stemming from my 15 year long soccer career and has now blossomed into a way to take care of myself and YOU - body, mind and soul! See you in class!
Kailyn Dark

Hello everyone! My name is Kailyn. I was born and raised in Paterson, NJ by way of Greenville, SC by way of Tallahassee FL. I am a dedicated mom to a beautiful daughter, and a true fitness enthusiast. My love for movement began at Redemption Church, where I first discovered my passion for spinning. Kristi Arledge

I've been in the fitness industry since 1988 and I am passionate about helping people move their bodies as they are intended to be moved. As a previous competitive runner I found balance by incorporating multiple disciplines of exercise into my personal life to find balance and to make life better. My passion is creating sessions that are empowering, fun, and playful! WERK! (It can be tons of fun) I believe all you need to do is show up for yourself with a desire to move freely, finding balance in life and growth over time. I'll provide the instructing and the playlist because "Yes, music is everything!"

Fun Fact: I love being outdoors riding my road bike, hiking, or running. Spending time outdoors exploring God's creation is the way my mind and body finds peace.
